Description​

Certain strings are missing that seems to be the subject of the event "Troublesome Neighbors".
In attached screenshot. the red "V" marks are those missing locations.
The local language also needs to be fixed.

Steps to reproduce​

Events are random and difficult to reproduce. Attached a save file.
