I have an annoying technical problem that is inhibiting the way I play the game.
I'm using HOI2DD v1.2
WinXP Pro SP2 (5.1, Build 2600)
Compaq Presario 061 GX5000T Desktop Intel P4 3.40 GHz
1GB RAM
15.8 GB Free space
Nvidia GeForce 7800 GS v.6.14.0010.8421 256 MB
DX 9.0c 4.09.0000.0904
I guess that's it. Anyway, my problem is, when I go to the Production menu and try to select a unit, everything shows up except the icon showing what the unit is (e.g., heavy armor, cavalry, naval bomber, etc.).
I've been able to fix the problem in the past by quitting to the desktop and reloading the game, but now I've tried that about 4 or 5 times and the icons still don't show up. Any ideas?
