I haven't found info about this problem here, so I thought I'd ask you guys.
I wanted to undertake a mission in a game, but at the same moment I pushed the OK-button the monarch descided to give me the exact same mission. And I guess this was more than EU could manage, cause the expiry dates for those two identic missions was set to January 3175... The thing is I WANT those victory points! My question now is: Is there some sort of maneuvre to remove these missions or at least change their expiry dates? ...Like modifying a file or something?
Thank you.

No unfortunately, I don't think you can do that.

Better play without the mission :)

OK... Well, thanks for taking time to read my post! There really should be a way to delete missions... :) How about being able to delete missions within three years before their expiry or something... could be an idea for EUII.

Given most people's experience of missions, it was something either ludicrously simple that you shouldn't have even been given VPs for, or impossible. Either way you shouldn't worry about it. The only advice you will ever get on this board concerning the subject is "turn the damn missions off" :D

We're hoping that in EU2 they will make some sort of sense, since in theory they're a great idea.

Heyesey's right. They're worthless. Tried them once & they where so annoying I scrapped the whole campaign & started over. I hope they did a better job with them in EUII.
