mission modding Questions needed.

Hi I want to know if it's possible to add new missions as you are able to modify the current missions.

also I want to know if we could add more effects on missions such as the Nuke mission : Increasing the Berlligince lv of the nations when a nuke have succeced to better sumilatie the fact that nations will be more likey to fight as they don't want to see that nation get any more weopans.

I think adding new missions is not possible.
In Mods\DH Full\db\misc.txt you'll find the parameters of the available missions. You can tweak those values.

That is a shame. however what does the mission speed and such things mean?
