It's possible that its something else but whatever it is appears to affect these buildings.
I get what FoxyyAR was saying about invisible buildings and the main section of my city with these buildings disappear and become "garbage rail yard" or something like that.
Hey Washi776 love what you do. Something has been happening since the French patch. Pretty much what these guys have been saying. Ive been using all your stuff since you created them. Loading my save yes random buidlings or additions are usually near places I was building last, but have found them far away. I have been deleting your mods and reloading them one by one and I think so far, all your row housing is working, but anything "service" seems "broken" at the moment.
I delete all obsolete prefab from the files, maybe its ok now, i dont have any old save to try because y change my pc and the other is dead.
EU Mixed Row zoning (not sure on NA style) causes all residential demand to cease (a few bursts of commercial, office and industry here and there)- It looks similar to the small homes issue with UK pack-where people complain about small homes, in turn causing the low density homes to complain about unoccupied buildings. Removing EU Mixed Zoning relieves the issue and demand returns to normal
Same problem as others for weeks. Using this zone cause a drop in demands of all types and a population decrease at some point. And just by dezoning, demand comes back instantly. Same things with the office mixed row zone. Any trick to correct that ?
Zoning buildings from this mod breaks demand. At around 1000 population, demand of every type goes away. Dezoning and bulldozing brings demand back.
