Moblization window and ctd

Hi.
i've palyed 1.03 today first time(looks great btw) and have found a silly thing... in my game as prussia during first prussian-denmark war i got all the time messages that other countrys mobilizes... okay i know this is normal, but not every minute for the same countrys! About every minute i got messages "Hannover has moblized", Netherlands has mobilized" and so on!
I thinks it's a bug...such like the partisan message in 1.02 if you put troops in occupied enenmy provinces.
Second thing is ctd's in heavy wars with many troops and countries involved.
I've experienced this also in 1.02 but thought it were fixed!

I found the same in 1.03. Playing as Piedmont - Sardinia (1835 scenario) I noticed France mobilising almost continously. This only seems to have started after I mobilised Piedmont (to conquer Parma & co.). The first mobilisation I thought the ai was messed up that France would react to a midget neighbour like that. But France kept mobilising during the whole time I was at war with the Parmese alliance. I did not play beyond that (as I ran into another problem).

P.S.: Swizerland mobilised likewise, just not at such a fast pace as France.

I confirm it happening - I played 1.03 as Prussia, Russia and France and in all cases this MOBILISATION news carried on to appear every single minute.
