- generally fewer units on the map
- elite units much more expensive but also much much more decisive

Rebalanced combat and tactics:
- forts are much harder too assault
- sieges last longer
- tactics more decisive
- traditions more effective
- manpower is more important

Rebalanced economy:
- generally everything is more expensive but also more effective
- more specialisation
- rebalanced commerce
- massive change in trade goods

BIG UPDATE 12/29/19

Siege warfare completely rebelanced
- every city is fortified
- forts provide extra defense but now you need only 2,500 men to siege per level
- buildings modfies defense of the city
- bigger city much better defense but only until FOOD runs out
- etc.

Even more rebalanced combat
- more balanced units
- much better combat balance
- nearly all combat related modifiers have been edited

Balanced diadochi power in asia area

Overall much slower and more challenging progress. You need to think much more strategically or you won't be able to keep control once your territory grows...

...much more to come...

PLEASE PROVIDE FEEDBACK!

I tried it out, but the siege mechanics just felt too brutal. Sieging takes a long time now since many cities are at fort level 3 and the siege ticks are not seldom 45 days. So you need to put down 8k units for a year or longer and better give them a supply train so they don't run out of food.
Meanwhile the region that is the wargoal might have 4 such fortified cities and until you take them all you have not fulfilled the wargoal and you might get white-peaced...

It's just not very fun.

Thanks for the feedback!
You should secure that the besieged city runs out of food...then the siege will end very fast.
Although the garrison is smaller and you can have up to 3 breaches per siege...if you have a big army, assault is an option if the city remains too much food store.
