OK I found a team which will finish the list. It is the second largest organisation in Poland of that time -
Liga Morska i Kolonialna (League of Sea and Colonies ) it was acting for colonisation in Africa, Southern America and other regions. It was directly responsible for collecting money buying one submarine and gathering funds for other sea projects - some successfull, some not.

Final note - it was a MASSIVE organisation - in 1939 it had
960 000 members.

Its use would be dealing with capital ships and few ocean warfare doctrines.
Its mainly for fun anyway - if Poland survives long enough to use it why not especially looking at its massive size and possibilities for future expansion IF something happens to Germany and/or Soviet Union.
Another note - since Ulam is gone quite early and Józef Kosacki was working a lot of nuclear technologies in the later part of his life I belive you can give him
two nuclear skills with decrease of his overall skill to
3 - he appears very late anyway so that is quite reasonable.
This way the techteams are finally finished which allows playing without techteam takeover at all.
