Too many children in the Middle East seem to get the Sicilian graphical culture (that I assume you invented, as Sicilian isn't a culture in vanilla). Some of them have two Persian parents, some have one Turkish and one Levantine, all sorts of combinations that I don't think are supposed to be doing this.

EDIT: After posting this, I started to wonder if it might be mod interference. I'll turn everything else off to check, and edit this again later.

EDIT 2: No, it's still happening with no other mods.
Looks like the conditions for that outcome were left unfinished. I had to rethink some groupings and ordering and forgot about this one.

Well I see now why my random generated characters's gfx culture would suddenly change lol...
If I delete the on_birth trigger of blg.2, would it prevent ethnicity change? Or that the gfx culture of the children wouldn't match their parents'?

Edit: It seems that blg.1 controls randomisation. Do you have some suggestions of quick fixes for blg.2 so that sicilian graphic culture is not overly spawned? Say I don't want graphical culture randomness in courtier generations but I do like to have the mixed-race events for the children?

Edit2: Now I see why the Sicilian graphic culture keeps spawning, if one of the parents are byzantine/levantine, and father is not of byzantine group, mother is not of steppe/Chinese group, the children will always be Sicilian. Seems like an oversight in the condition of #Byzantine-European part. in blg.2 Is there a convenient way to include all western european cultures without enumerating? (It seems the answer is no, judging from your file.)

And about the frankish royal war gear in frankish_male_clothes.dds, it doesn't really match the headgear and other parts.
It might be offensive to ask, so I beg for your forgiveness beforehand. But have you considered releasing a temporary hotfix to address these problems (and other problems already mentioned like _early_early in iberian portrait)?
I always find this wonderful mod to be essential in my playthrough, but I don't know how to edit .dds file, so I can't do it myself.
I beg your forgiveness again on my somewhat impatient and trivial post.

The inconsistencies in the dds files:

I noticed that Han characters seem to be always wearing martial gear. This is especially noticeable with the Emperor and his offspring.

Also I only observed this only once but Cardinals *might* be losing their special clothes. The Archbishop of Köln did in my game anyway.

That should be the proper version of the section.
I'll get enough bug fixes done for another release soon.

Which of these features, if any, are not available in the achievement-compatible version?

If you want to play for achievements, play with both Better Looking Garbs and the BLG/CC with ironman achievements mod. This disables several portraits.

Which portraits are disabled?

Thanks for the wonderful mod by the way. Its multiple patches for TCs and modular approach saved my game back when I lacked all DLCs.

In the ironman version the event scripts are removed for things like the new courtiers, child ethnicities and Customise Appearance decision.
The dynamic child portraits and unit display weight changes will be gone.
Additional religious clothing such as Slavic, Finnic and Taoist religions won't be used.
For cultures this gets limited to where the regular portrait packs are used. Any variants outside those remain unused with a few exceptions like the Berber/Levantine/Bedouin split.

oh dear, uh. I think there's a problem with reformed Greek pope clothes?

Bit of a hood fit problem here.

Oh, and I tried it with and without the Religious Clothes submod, though I'm not sure what it does. Same for both.
