I am currently facing an issue where I cannot sign in with a Paradox Account or see the Mod Browser. An answer is much appreciated.

I don't see other such reports at present. Has this ever worked for you or it's always been like this?
If it used to work, did this first happen after some update or change to the game or your Xbox?
Can you move the Xbox to some other network to connect to the internet with, to see if the issue is local to you or more general?

Hello. I bought this on my Xbox last week. I played the game on another Xbox and it had the mod browser. (The Cities: Skylines on the other Xbox was bought a day before the one I bought.)
Please try this:
1. go to account.xbox.com and log in there with your MS/Xbox account
2. Click on Privacy Settings
3. Scroll down and make sure that "see and upload community creations" is set to EVERYONE

Hello. I have tried this and it did not work. My privacy settings are set to "Adult Social" or something like that, meaning community creations is set to everyone.
In that case I frankly have no idea what is causing this to you, especially as you get it on one Xbox and not another!

I have to admit I don't know how these mods (or rather, custom assets) are supposed to work on the Xbox, as I'm not a console player.
So I think I may have it backwards, you need to pick the mod in the browser before it will install and be available to you. Which you can't do on the problem machine of course.
Clearly there is some difference between the two Xboxes but it's beyond me what that could be to cause this. I guess go through all the system settings in both and see if you can pick a difference.
Meanwhile I'll move you again to the mods forum maybe someone there more experienced on Xbox will be able to help in more detail!

Sorry for my delay. I ran through the options in the game and there wasn't anything that needed enabled or disabled.
