This is a revised and updated version of @richvh's "Chronicled Achievements" mod. In lieu of Steam achievements, it records achievements in the chronicle (which requires the Charlemagne DLC), adds an "Achievements of the [ROOT] Dynasty" artifact that displays a running tally of a dynasty's achievements, and sends notification events to all human players whenever one of them earns an achievement. It allows competing with others in multiplayer to see whose dynasty can earn the most achievements.

I haven't play-tested every event. Let me know if you believe something is malfunctioning. Some event pictures might not show up if you don't have a particular DLC.
