Hey everyone
I launched a small(ish) mod called Edict Redux - Planetary Upgrades, which is a part of my bigger Edict Redux mod. This mod contains 21 different Planetary Edicts that will either expand the size of your planet or add new resources onto them. But it's also an attempt to keep these balanced within the game to not get you too far ahead either.

The idea came about as I was looking at different Planet Size Up mods, and I thought 'I wonder if I could make it for less influence but keep the approximate cost the same.' Then came the Planet Size mods. After that I thought 'No one's made edicts that add resources to a planet, I can do that.' So I did that. The making of a smaller mod for just these was a recent one, but I thought that those who just wanted to make better planets would appreciate just these edicts and none of the others attached to it.

Anyway, there are three tiers to these edicts - Tier 1, which is the cheapest and shortest in length, but weakest, and apply the fewest negatives. Tier 2 is the middle ground between cost, power, duration and negatives. Tier 3 is the opposite to T1 - expensive, long and has the most negatives, but their relative power is the greatest. These edicts are locked behind a relevant tech wall (a fairly early tech wall for Tier 1), and you can get Tiers 2 and 3 by carrying on down the path. (Planet Size is tied with New Worlds Protocol and the Terraforming Techs)

I managed to make it work so you can have both mods enabled at the same time and not have any problems. I hope you like it, and if you find any issues, let me know and I'll have a look.
