Strange .... I work for me, but I just updated my mods 1.8.4 building pack and 1.7.2 Asset pack

You're right, it totally works.
I have been loading other saves without closing the game first.
Every time I load a game now, I close the game, re-open, enable the MODS and then load game...
It's quite an effort, and I hope the developers fix this very manual method of activating MODS.

But it's worth it because your MODS are really amazing. Especially your Surviving Mars ones.
Thank You for your awesome work. :)

Silva,

I am using your Asset , Building and Symbol Packs ( up to date versions ). However after building the Shanty House , the smoke issuing from the chimney is purple coloured and comprised of blocky pixels. This does not occur with the standard buildings in the game.

PS Just re-downloaded all files , deleted old ones and re-installed mods . The purple blocky pixels seem to have gone now from the Shanty House chimney.

Apparently, mods are on Nexus now. All we need is Vortex integration, and things should be a snap.

Should. I am not a pro modder, and apparently Nuclear Winter is coming Thursday

They are outdated.

Hi @everyone , very sad news for my Aftermath Mods, I lost a big part of my work after updating the Unity Engine (my backup has been affected too
6bca769662f755d33514d1f5304c617d.svg
), you can see the result on this screen. It's a lot of work to fix and re-set each Asset... So, impossible for me to continue to update my mods on this game for the moment. I'm very sorry but I'm focused on Surviving Mars & my work at Abstraction Games.

So, go and create some!

I had 0% experience with Unity and C# when I started. And no meshing/modeling in Blender either, which is why my mod is still using the supplied one.
It'd be nice to have someone to learn and research with if there's more than just me modding. That's why my progress is so slow. Baby steps....
