One of the weird things about genocidal empires is their diplomatic stances; they do nothing. Absolutely nothing. This leads to the strange situation that regular empires can get +20% navy cap and -20% war exhaustion (among other things) via the supremacist diplomatic stance, whereas purifiers/exterminators/devouring swarms... don't. So civilizations whose entire purpose for being is eradicating everyone else tire more quickly of war then any other random normal empire. This mod fixes that by adding -35% war exhaustion to all three genocidal diplomatic stances. I considered adding +naval capacity, but all three genocidal civics already give that, so I didn't want to double-dip.

Overwrites the diplomatic stance policy, and is not compatible with other mods that do this.
