Wait, and repurpose the Black Numenorean Kingdom in Northern Africa, with the addition of this island.

The other Black Numenorean Kingdom won't move, i think it's good at this place.
 
I will also go with "wait and do it proper" unless you can tell you'll likely take a hiatus for a sizable timeframe, as has happened before for you. =)

That wouldn't work, because those are for the rulers of the regular cultures and religions. They're not only wrong culture, but wrong religion, since the new races have their own. They wouldn't even show up for them.

What i meant is that new societies are structurally done, but needs all the correct events to works correctly. They'll give specific powers but i didn't integrated them so far.

Bloodly is correct, no societies will be shown for the Middle-Earth cultures/religions, so we needs to add our owns. But well, the game is playable without them. Can be a little patch later.

GRAPHICS :
- Added unique armors to Noldor Lords (Houses of Feanor, Fingolfin and Finarfin).
- Added unique portraits for Angband named rulers
- Added new armors sets for random Noldor
- Reversed back the dwarves portraits, and updated them

GAMEPLAY :
- Added the decision to "conquer the world" for Morgoth or Sauron, will give automatic casus belli to the neighbour realms, and IA will be far more agressive.
- Added the Balrogs of Morgoth as special units
- Added Drakes as special units
- Added unique buildings for Angband (Balrogs's Dwellings in the Balrog's Halls province, and Drake's Pits in Drake's Valley), these buildings are only for orcs and will allow the creation of the two special units.
- Added Elves Lords as Special units, for Noldor and Sindar
- Added special buildings to allow the creation of the Elves Lords units.
- Changed some modifiers for the Eothed/Eorlingas cultures.
- Changed a little the religions (harder to convert, no multiple wives for orkish, more feminism for Numenoreans and Elves, ...)
- Added the ability for Sauron to sacrifice a strong orc courtier to create a new werewolf with his Feä
- More balanced elves factions, a little stronger at start game now.

Some late minute changes :
- Added the custom settlements graphics for each cultures.
- Added combat bonuses for Maiar and Valar characters, to limit the "killed in a duel" to happen to Morgoth or Sauron.
- Added a custom starting date allowing to see the position of all Middle-Earth playable characters at start.

Edit : Mod updated on ModDB already, needs again a little time before Steam Workshop :)

0.4 is alive! You can find it on ModDB or in the Steam Workshop.

Highlights :
- Morgoth is now in Earth, and made his own realm in the frozen siberian wastes. In front of him, the Noldor united under the realm of Finarfin and Maedhros to face the Dark lord and protect the Free Peoples.
- A new island rose from the seas, in Indian Ocean, and is inhabited by some Black Numenoreans, who'll needs to unite before to conquer Arabia, Persia or India.
- New NPCs characters for Numenoreans, Orcs, Black Numenoreans to add more depths!
- Settlements have now unique icons for each cultures
- The Rohirrim settled in the south, and are waiting for a new empire.

Dagger of Westernesse is missing its art, Ruler designer is still broke.

Thanks for the report, will fix the daggers! It was already in the previous build btw but nobody noticed it and me neither ^^

For the Ruler Designer, i don't know. I'm very bad at this kind of bug-checking, and i think this should be linked to one of the portraits somewhere... it wasn't on the top of my priority list...
But... the game is going well even with these small bugs, right ?
