Mod or way to get 5 Senate Factions to how they were in EU Rome?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to get back into Imperator. I really liked how the 5 senate factions acted in EU Rome.

Is there any mod that brings that back?

I want to be able to steer my Senate in the direction I want similar to EU Rome.

The 3 faction dynamic in the current version is taking a me a while to get used to.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Ironically, IR initially had the five faction senate you are talking of - it was changed with version 1.5. I don't know of any mod having changed it back and I'm not even sure if it technically possible to do that, but what you could do at least in theory is loading in an older game version over the beta tab: 1.4.2 would be in your case the newest possible. Of course the price of doing is that you lose any improvements or fixes done to IR by 1.5.x and the biggest reword (2.0.x), so I'm not sure if it is worth.

Thats a big trade off for sure. I'd like to just mod the 5 factions back including their senate attraction rates depending on lack of trade routes etc. Seems like it's very possible in theory, but a ton of work modding it in. Some ill definitely consider. Thanks
