
Deadly Orbital Bombardment expands upon the idea and makes the bombardment, well, more deadly. The new outcomes are:
Light:
- 10% pop death (only if fortifications are still present, as in vanilla)
- 20% building ruined (only if fortifications are still present, as in vanilla)
- 25% pop death
- 33% building ruined
- 2% a tile blocker is created
- 50% pop death
- 80% building ruined
- 8% a tile blocker is created
