One quick note - i notice upon reloading a saved game that those areas become populated again. Any way to fix that?

Unfortunately branch83wr is right - makes my game unbearable again after reloading .

I've actually noticed this with other performance mods as well - I'm not sure why the areas become habituated again.

I might have found something. I tried reloading with the mod below and ran it for 30 years - no rehabitance for me. It only removes India, thus not as broad as this mod promises to be, but it does seem stable.

Alright I believe I fixed that issue in the mod, if you have any more issues please let me know.

Updated the mod to version 3.0 with a version that only removes India and Tibet, feedback is always welcome!
