This mod allows planetary modifiers, such as 'Tidally Locked' and 'Mineral Rich' to spawn anywhere, including your home system, and even on your home planet!

This is incompatible with anything that makes changes to the game_start file in Stellaris>events

Credit to the people in this thread for explaining how to make this change.
