Mod request: climate / rain / snow toggle / control

I usually don't make mod request, rather try to mod myself. But I am affraid that modding is currently not within my skill set.
I hope someone can have a go at a mod that can trigger/toggle rain/snow etc.

I have played snowfall for several hours now and only seen it rain for about a minute or so and it looked good, so I want more ;-P

Funny to see a request for a weather controller from you of all people .
But yeah, I guess not all skill sets transfer.

haha... I think if I had the time I could pick up fairly quickly... but I don't want to wait as long as with SC4 for which i decided to create the weather controller only many years after release ;-)

@Xannepan: It seems like the length of those effects is linked to the length of the day/night cycle: I play with the time warp mod and 1/8 day/night speed - I had a thunderstorm going on for about 10 minutes, just to let you know

Still it's not like a day in england, but better than 1 minute for sure
