What I'd like to see is a mod that moves a colonist to there is a residential opening, and an employment opening for his/her specialty (including moving non-specialists to universities), and have universities consider not just the local dome's needs, but the entire colony's needs for specialists. I know there's a mod that moves specialists to where they can use their specialty in a dome, can it be extended to other domes?

In particular, if there's a worksite lacking anyone with the specialty desired, and there's another worksite of equal or lower priority needing the same specialty that wouldn't be denuded of specialists by moving the worker to the other site, that worker should be encouraged to move. If there's a specialist working outside his specialty in one dome, there are no worksites needing his specialty in his home dome, and there are worksites needing his specialty in another dome, he should move.
