can someone with experience make a mod that inserts a minus button in the construction overview that downsized buildings?
that would really help me a lot when conquering terretories. basically, I always want to build my own buildings and production there and always have to pick out all the states and click down individually and be careful to catch only the not incorporated states.
would also be grateful for suggestions on how to approach something like this
