Mod request for the Transporter

Sorry if request don't go here, I did look for a request thread.

I'm after a mod that adds a supply function to transporters, if one drone controlled area needs say one metal for example and none are within range the transporter would collect whatever is needed and deliver it to the area that needs it without any input from me.
