I've recently installed a decent number of mods into Crusader Kings 2 and I'm encountering a weird issue where ten minutes in, I get infinite blank event windows. I used Validator and found I have lots of issues. Anyone with some coding experience who is willing to help me iron out the issues so that the mods work?

If you have installed a "decent number of mods", I suggest you install just one at a time and check which one is generating such empty event windows. You can then activate all the others while refraining to do so to the offender.
Most flavor mods will note what they're compatible with, or steam users will have a collection curated to work together. In short other people have done most of the work you're asking for, you just need to provide more detail. Knowing what mods you're using would be the first step in helping you.
