Nice work:D
Really like it
Maybe you can add Charles d' Anjou Kingdom of Sicilly conquest(1266) or Conradin reconquest(1268) ?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_d%27Anjou
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manfred_of_Sicily
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Benevento
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conradin
There are already two bookmarks that have Charles d'Anjou and Conradin ruling in Sicily, and in both they're actually listed in the interesting character section, too. I would prefer not to include separate bookmarks for the actual conquest and reconquest just so as to avoid clogging up the bookmarks menu in-game even more than it already is, but again very good ideas. If they hadn't already been included in the other bookmarks I most definitely would put them in.

This mod is now included in Project Balance. The latest bookmark you added isn't in yet though, but it'll be added next patch.
I hope you didn't include it yet, because I just uploaded yet another new version. I seem to have terrible timing with these things. :p This should be the last version I release in rapid succession, though, so I expect it'll be calmer from here on out.

On that note: new version, various spelling/reference fixes, a new character in the Hungary-Croatia bookmark, 15 new bookmarks, and a tidying-up of the OP with more information and (I think) a better format. I'm not going to update this any further out of my own research, so any new dates that get added have to come from players suggesting them.

Nah, new version of PB is on Sunday.

Anyway, I've integrated your newest version into my local build now :)
BTW, BM_ITALY references a character that doesn't exist, 463410.

I'll take a look, but a conflict like that, spread over such a long time period and with so many players to it, isn't likely to be well-modeled by Paradox. Still, there may be one or two good eras I can find.

And a question:
Why would you describe the Plantagenets as "the bastard Plantagenet house of Normandy"?
They were neither Norman nor a bastard lineage.
I didn't do too much research for that bookmark, I just went off of what the game was telling me. It has the first Plantagenet as the husband of Matilda, the claimant to the English throne. He's a bastard of the King of Jerusalem, and he conquered Normandy (that line wasn't meant to call him Norman, just to say that it was his Duchy). I know he got Normandy, but I'm not sure whether he was an actual bastard of the King of Jerusalem (seems likely, since his younger brother inherited) or not.

The Kingdom of Portugal (founded on July 26th, 1139)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Portugal
I thought about including a bookmark for Portugal, but to be frank I reconsidered it, because there's pretty much no way they can win. When the Kingdom is founded it only has 4 territories, and is bordered by the massive Castille to the northeast and the even more massive Almoravids to the south. They honestly don't have a chance in hell from their actual formation, so I decided against it.

I see. I haven't looked at what the game says.
Geoffrey wasn't a bastard. He was a son of King Foulque of Jerusalem's first wife. Foulque became king of Jerusalem later, when he married the heir. Maybe they call him a bastard so he won't be able to inherit Jerusalem. Foulque's eldest children didn't get a claim on Jerusalem, because Foulque's own claim came from his wife.

Alright, I'll go ahead and edit the description for the next update. Thanks!

I think I have found a mistake in your bookmark descriptions. You seem to think Alexios I of Trebizond is the son of Manuel I of the Byzantine Empire, but this is not the case. Alexios I of Trebizond is the son of a less known Manuel Komnenos, who in turn is the son of Andronikos Komnenos(Who desposed Alexios II of the Byzantine empire and killed him).

Uncanny; I came here to post just this.

In addition, there are random quotation marks in the bookmark description.

Oh wow, that is quite the large error. I noticed his father Manuel wasn't crowned, but his grandfather was an Emperor and Manuel was blinded so I figured he was simply deposed (again, a case of rushed research on my part).

Will most definitely be fixed in the next version, thanks for the heads-up.

This is a result of an error in the localisation files on my part. If you can point out where you see them, I can fix the problems. I thought I'd found and fixed all of those, but it's certainly possible I missed something.

Apologies it took me so long to fix those errors, it's been an insane week at work. I've uploaded a new version of the mod that has fixed references for house Plantagenet and Alexios Komnenos's relation to Manuel I Komnenos, but I've yet to take a look at the Norwegian Civil War bookmark suggestion (no time), and I don't have time to search all of my localisations to see where I made the error in regards to the random quotation marks. Random quote marks need to be reported for me to remove them!

Hi there ive tried running the latest version of the bookmarks and for some odd reason doesn't appear for me previous iterations of the mod have worked but i downloaded the latest one and it refuses to work for me any help?

Hmm, might be a mistake on my end. Let me try something and re-upload, I'll edit the OP with version 1.3.3 in a second.

EDIT: Test the one that just went live. If that doesn't fix it, I'll need to start messing with trying to load it up in my CK2. I have a private version that I use with some other mods that's slightly different and it had no problem loading, so I'm not sure why the public one would have problems.
