I was wondering if there is a mod that changes what research options you get (the weights of certain tech). Or even the traits the leaders get.

For instance, I like to play as a life-seeded empire, to me, it makes sense that such a society would have more leaders with for instance new world trait.
It would also make sense to increase the likelihood of drawing research options that would lead to terraforming.
Or if playing a militaristic society, weapons and ship tech would get a higher chance to be drawn.
It would diversify the empires a lot more at the start of the game.
