- You no longer need to care if the concubine you're offering to the EoC wants to keep it in the family, but whether you'd like to do that matters if they're a close relative.
- Fixed a couple of scopes in settling decisions for nomads.
- Crusade beneficiaries need to not be imprisoned to be selected (and to get land in the end).
- Abandoning the unreformed version of a pagan religion no longer makes courtiers and unplayable vassals follow along if they're Zealous (and aren't true believers secretly following the reformed religion). The Old Ways are still strong, as far as these people are concerned.
- Fixed nomadic setup for cross-religion seduction.
- Fixed extent of culture conversion of dynasty members on construction of Heian-kyo by decision.
- Fixed setup for nick_the_tyrant handout in some execution-related decisions.
- The Varangian Guard can no longer be founded if the Norse have reformed; they're rather less enticed by your civilized ways in that case.
- Made AI children much more prone to start delayed mourning by using the decision if eligible.

- Fixed AI Grace concubine selection checking if the concubine was a close relative interested in keeping it in the family, as opposed to checking if the concubine was a close relative and the liege was interested in keeping it in the family.
- Children in a position to mourn their parents/grandparents can no longer refuse to do their filial duty, and since they clearly do not hold important government positions they are required to mourn the full three years.
- Indian feast lovers getting gifts now need to be accessible/etc.
- Fixed event options related to Indian feast lovers that didn't exist.

Governments:
- All feudal (is_feudal = yes) governments are now set to only prefer castle holdings; prevents the AI from potentially doing some weird things. This does not change which holdings they are permitted to hold.
Succession voting:
- The Tenno (and the Ryukyuan knockoff) is no longer somehow an eligible candidate in various elections that really don't concern him, e.g. the election for Hardrada's successor.
