Whenever I start a nation in Mod33 a metric ton of events pop up (which seems to be intentional as most of them represent things that went on before the start of the game) but through the course of resolving those events you generate a lot of dissent. Enough that I spend the next 3+ years (on any country I've tried) attempting to get rid of it and the stuff produced by later events. Some countries even get so high on the dissent that they have rebellions pop up. Is this intentional, or is something borked on my end?
