Mod 33-v2.51
Saves are incompatible with version 2.50

1) Returned system stat and misc.txt parameters from version 1.0
2) New system made by lumiere253 in version 2.1 moved to new_stats_by_lumiere253 folder. If you want to use it, just copy its contents.
3) Minor changes in events

Are they supposed to be in this mod? I never had them either.
Yes I remember having them in the HOI2 version of the mod + there's an event for creating a "SS state" when playing as nazi germany.
You can access the event that spawn the units in the file (mod33-ss.txt) and their units pictures (like U03_MODEL_3_4.bmp in gfx/interface/models)

This is a mistake of transferring to DH from the very beginning. The SS is a separate allied state with an invisible province (its coordinates are near Berlin) and events for it. Same problem in 2011 year version.

PS. While collecting bug reports, I hope that in a few months I will be able to fix them

Maybe another bug: played as nazi germany, Nationalist spain joined me in exchange of french Maghreb
After a event fired toward vichy france: invade them or force them to cede the Maghreb to spain.
Choosed the second option, nothing happened

Japan has been inactive since the beginning of the game. He doesn't want to go to the Axis.
The USSR was building factories even in 1941. I usually attack him in 1940. The USSR Design Bureau is very, very weak. I gave him the same ones as Germany and he still lags behind. Countries have a lot of money - you can finance anything.

No idea how you guys rename your units when the spacebar can't be used. Underscores are so unsightly.

I am in the habit of renaming every unit, giving it a functional name, something beautiful like "inf/a_eng(3)" = infantry with artillery and a general with engineer trait and a command limit of 3. Only way I can somehow keep the overview.

But, yes, underlines are annyoing, especially if you, once again, forget it and unpause the game due to using space. Neverthelss I use the space=pause button. If somebody would find a way to unlock commands (or only the space bar) while renaming units, probably he would be the most beloved modder for quite a while.

What's the difference between 1933 historical bookmark and "normal" 1933 bookmark in this mod?
May be wrong, but it is tied to the ai_chance for some decisions which can go historical and not. Historical has a high/absolute chance on all historical options, while the 'normal' one is less likely for the historical options to be taken.

Makes sense, thank you!

I don't know how I managed to miss this mod after years of playing DH, but now I know that it's a real gem.

A bit outdated (Hoi2 manpower system, lack of DH decision system, very small research tree) but there is lot's of events and flavour; which I like in mods.
