It will be great if it will be possible to set multi-resource and strategic resource cost for ship modules. It will allow to add more advanced technologies and ship modules, which can't be used to spam all ship slots with them.

About Production Cost: while normal resources withdrawn when ship begins construction, strategic resources in this case works like limiter per ship and prevent player form filling all slots on ships with super advanced technology. Game system should only check if ship that player wants to construct is within limits of available strategic resources. Strategic Resources upkeep is not reduce during or after construction.

About Maintenance Cost: works in very same way as for normal structures and spaceport modules. Normal resources withdrawn on monthly basis and strategic resources reduced from upkeep as long as ships is not destroyed.

Example
:
Name: Ship-mounted Black Hole Generator (weapon, size L).
Production Cost: 1500 Minerals and 5 Dark Matter strategic resource.
Maintenance Cost: 15 Energy and 1 Zro strategic resource.
Player has 38 units of Dark Matter and 24 units of Zro. If player built ships that have 7x Black Hole Generators each (35 units of Dark Matter). Player can support fleet of 3 such ships (21 unit of Zro is reduced from upkeep) maximum.
