Hello all,

I am fairly new to modding. I generally try to follow the guide on the stellaris wiki on load order and make sure I have all available patches.

My load order is in the excel sheet attached. I apologize if there was a better way to post this, I am new here.
(I kinda tried to combine two collections "Niko's Guide to the Modded Stellaris" and "Stellaris Ultimate Pack 3.4" with a few other additions)

I'm having a few problems, and I'm sure there's more that I just haven't run into/noticed yet.

1. Trait mods: species diversity and some other traits don't seem to be working in game. E.g. "shroud born" (0.01 zro per necroid pop) does not give zro from my necroid empire pops. In Irony's conflict solver I cant even see a lot of the traits added from mods under the common/traits dropdown.

2. I'm not sure which mod adds exploration cruisers but a situation occurs early in the game where I can research them in the situation log. After doing so I cannot create/edit a ship design for them.

3. The planet automation button is just a question mark, not really an issue as I micro all my planets, but makes me wonder if there might be other issues with planets that I have not noticed.

4. I don't have the more authorities mod in here but would like to. Unfortunately randomly generated empires then seem to be able to have gestalt civics from bug branch even though they're just normal biological empires when I use more authorities and its patches with this list. The E&CC patch does not seem to fix it, could be that something else in this bloated list is conflicting with it as well.

Really I am looking for is some sort of extensive guide on how to resolve conflicts in Irony or someone to help me out. I definitely need to cut back on some because of some balance issues (especially all the extra traditions and ap's where some are redundant). My goal is roleplay, I really like the extra origins, traits, ap's, civics, etc. that come with these mods. Would also appreciate some suggestions of modlists that y'all like as well.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.
