[Modding] How to let diplomatic play markers and army markers to fade at flatmap mode?

I found these markers obscured, how to let the markers to fade?

I can't find the file which control the fading

\Victoria 3\game\gfx\map\map_modes\map_modes.txt I found nothing helpful in this file but deleting those markers.

Markers will fade at different zoom steps I think there must be a setting file.

Could be in one of the defines. There's a graphics define file specifically for example.
