Modding in CBT balance

So I am thinking of taking a huge undertaking and changing like the following.

A) 1 CBT heat means 3 HBS Btech heat

B) AC Dmg 1 CBT = 5 HBS Btech dmg
PPC Dmg 1 CBT = 5 HBS Btech dmg
Laser 1 CBT = 5 HBS Btech dmg
LRM 1 CBT = 4 HBS BTech dmg, though thinking nerfing to 3
SRM 1 CBT = 8 HBS Btech dmg, though thinking nerfing to 6

C) Ranges that convert to CBT ranges

Thoughts?
