Is there any advantage in having the data of all starting countries listed in separate entries inside folders (e.g. AGCEEP\Scenarios\1419\1419_ADE_Aden) or can one include everything inside the campaign eeg file (AGCEEP\Scenarios\1419 - The Grand Campaign)? Would the campaign eeg file need the monarch and leader tables included?

The advantage is ease of ready and writing. One could definitely package scenarios in a similar manner to save games if one wanted.

I'm asking because WATKABAOI has all the monarchs and leaders listed in three of its four scenarios.
