Hey, I’m making a mod for ck2 and I’m looking for a way to make a titular kingdom only possible if I have these certain provinces, aswell as these certain cultures. However I have no idea how to do this, the only way I know is to set capital for example “York” but then the only province I need is just York, and not for example “middlesex”
And I dont know how to make it only available to certain cultures, since “culture = norse” does nothing, i Can still create the titular kingdom if I’m anglo-saxon...
