Modding tutorial?

Hi there

Is there a modding tutorial that will take someone like me (ie. someone with NO modding experience) through basics like country creation etc? I am quite keen (ultimately at least) to create a mod along the lines of Lofman's Mod that will work with the RIMP....

As far as i know, there are no tutorial for how to mod Rome, yet. You could however look up on the EU3 modding guide, i think it can be found in the EU3 forums. Since they use the same engine, it is almost the same thing.
