I am in love with Cities: Skylines!! Buut.. I can't help feeling that their zoning and growable building sizes are holding this game back some. So my questions:

#1- I hate the current way wealth and density interact. It appears to me that level 5 low density is equivalent to level 1 high density. Which makes NO sense in my mind. I much prefer SC4's Low, Medium, High density and then $, $$, $$$ wealth levels for each. It seems to make a lot more sense and would really allow for a lot of uniqueness in our cities etc...
#2- Has it been determined if adding in zones (medium density zones for example, or "strip mall zone") would be possible?
#3- Can we mod growable building sizes yet?

Just curious if anyone has made progress on any of these by chance?

I asked before release in the reddit AMA if zones and/or policies can be modded. Answer was no.
It certainly can not stay that way, how do you plan to get any special mod packs to run? For example "Medieval Europe" or "Tokyo Shibuya" or whatever.
I am not on board with that upgrade function anyway. When I place a building on a ceratin spot I want that building to stay there.
