Brought from the 1.10 patch thread ->

I liberated Byelorussia in my moddir game where it has its own AI file, instead of the blr_1936 file, it loaded the minor_default AI, although, the minor_default AI from the moddir, and not the base directory.

Adding an empty blr_1936 dummy file to the base AI directory made it correctly load the moddir AI.

Another thing, or a reminder really:

The AIs, if they have IC allowed to constructions, and have no starting infra serials running anymore, will try to build infra to random places, including very often to provinces with already 200% infra. This clogs up their production queue and is generally a huge waste.
