There is no 2003 start date mods.
Novapaddy's Putin mod was the last mod about modern era. But, Nova is gone and there is no opportunity to get his mod
We have only three Cold war era mods
NWO (1946 - 1990s)
Fatherland ( late 1940s. Hitler won WWII)
Thunder In the Sky (1964-1980s. Hitler won WWII)

Maybe contact @RealityGuy . I remember he had a Cold War or Modern Day mod years ago. He's still active on here. Also, there used to be a McCain mod, but I don't remember if it was ever launched.
