I have done this several times before, but it is not working now.
Mods>DH Full>DB>Units>Divisions, and from there I would just change the buildtimes on each individual unit, each individual year.
I saved all of them, and when I go into the files, the numbers I put it are still there, but in game, the build times are still the same as the old ones?
It has worked in the past? Any help appreciated.
