Mods changing combat mechanics (longer battles)

As the title says. Which mods rebalance the combat mechanics to make battles last longer ? I know WiF does it but what other mods are there ?
HoI1Wiki isnt very helpful in this matter.
HoI 2 Arma 1.2 or 1.3.

I'm not much into modding but the 1914 mod has the org levels very high, and some of the land battles would last for days...I think my seige of Paris lasted 10 days!!

check some of the old development threads for 1914, think they may have messed with the defense ratings or something, not sure as I said really haven't figured out to much how to mod the game...BTW 1914 is a great mod
