Its a specific mod (or even multiple). It might be updated recently, without you realizing it.
I have that almost daily now, that a new update makes the game not loading any mod at all. I suspect it is a conflict and SC2 just simply does not load any mod at all.
I haven't found a way around it, other then disabling one by one the mods until I found the bad fish. But unfortunately that means to restart the game over and over and over again.
And there seem to be no log or error message....!? You only just see that the mod options are gone from the options menu.
It happened first, when the last hotfix dropped. Suddenly a lot of mods causes this issue of the game not loading any mod at all.
For me it's mainly the re-balance mods of all kind (population, land value etc.). I have only one running. I forgot which one, without checking it.
