Mods stopped working

Posted this on the wrong forum in December: "I'm playing on Mac and recently my mods for both EU4 and CKIII (but not Victoria 3, yet) have completely stopped working. They still show up in the launcher and can be selected with no warnings around them, however when I load the game up only the vanilla game runs, no matter the mods I choose. I went into my files and the mods seem to have dissapeared from them too despite still being visible on the launcher. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the mods and the games themselves, but the mods just won't download when I do.

Does anyone know what I can do?"

Since then all other paradox launcher mods have followed suit on all games, still no improvement

Please try the following:

- unsubscribe from all mods in BOTH the Steam Workshop and the Paradox mod site mods.paradoxplaza.com
- delete the folder Documents/Paradox Interactive/EU4/mod/
- delete the file Documents/Paradox Interactive/EU4/mods_registry.json (if present)
- delete the file Documents/Paradox Interactive/EU4/launcher-v2.sqlite (if present)
- run the game up and check the launcher is okay with no mod or other errors
- subscribe to a few mods

- run the game up and see if those mods are now available to you.
