Monarch Abilities

I was wondering if anyone 'in the know' could enlighten me (and everyone else here) as to the effects of the different monarch abilities.

When I say 'abilities', I am not thinking about the diplomacy/economy/warfare characteristics of the monarch, but the abilities/traits that some monarchs have. Like for instance: technical, unpredictable, organized.

I've read the manual, but I couldn't find anything on this. The in-game tool tips say that these abilities affect which random events occur. Is this the only effect of these abilities? What abilities lower/increase the chance of what events?

It is because it didn't make it into the greman version of the manual. It will though the coming releases (enlish, swedish etc.)

Monarchs values are the monthly bonus to you technology research and for some monarchs (the exeptional ones) there are predefined evnets that boost the country in numbers of ways.

Why not post the two missing pages from the german manual? Or whatever IS actually missing so folks can get this info? Why cant you just post that info here?

I have suggested more than once to make the missing parts of the manual available to the German customers via download, but never got so much as a reply...

It is actually 57 pages....

These have been sent to Blackstar, our german publisher. I suggest you ask them to publish it for download from their homepage. We, at Paradox, cannot do anything more than this. You have to remember that we have a contract with Blackstar here and thus it is up to them.

I hope that everything will be settled for the good of the community.

It´s just that Simon of Blackstar posted in the German Forum, that they have translated ALL they got from Paradox...

Since it appears the german distributer is indicating as per the previous post that they published what was provided them, some offical intercession to 'discover' what it was precisely that they did get, the current manual as it was published, or the entire manual with the missing additional 57 pages you quote, that are still missing. Seems if the customer is bieng asked to find out if the distributer did or did not in fact get the complete manual to publish that nothing will get resolved. A inquiry by someone in offical standing in Paradox needs to address this and insure this information is posted. The final issue here is after all getting the ENTIRE manual to the customers non?
