Monarch/leader ID ranges

What is the range for possible monarch and leader IDs?

I read on Havard's bible that 1-20000 can be used for both, within the same range.

Then i read that in the 1.07 patch the leader range was extended to 1-200000.

But i'm confused by AGCEEP. The only discussion i can find on their IDs is this 4 year old thread which speaks of the 1.07 ranges and allocates their IDs as given here. But according to the grand repository and the files themselves, the latest versions of AGCEEP use a range of 0-199999 for both leaders and monarchs.

Can somebody please clear the confusion.

Why don't you use just IDs above e.g. 500000? These are for sure free.

Because there is a limit for the correct ID number of leader/monarch.
Question is, whether the limit is 20.000, or 200.000, or something else.

Trial and error seems to suggest the limit is 200,000. Well actually i haven't tried anything above that but 200,000 is enough IDs anyway i think.

Confirmed. Limit is 200,000 but it applies to monarchs and leaders.
