Monastic Order getting female rulers

Description​

I have not had this issue before patch 1.36. I am now getting female rulers and heirs whenever playing as Livonian Order or Teutonic Order. I don't think this used to happen and it's not realistic either.

Steps to reproduce​

Play as Livonian Order or Teutonic Order. Get new heir. Sometimes female.
