A list of bugs that me and my fellow Monday Game have picked, I will list them and their workarounds and hopefully some find it helpful :
I don't know if these bugs can be duplicated in SP which is unfortunate. With that said it seems lag is the biggest factor in most problems.
It is also worthy to note this is in Victoria : Revolutions everyone has version 2.01 and all the OHGamer's hotfixes patched on.
The Clausewitz or Jominian Attitude event and the Superior Crew and Naval Hero Thesis event will keep firing piling more and more statistics to the AI and human nations.
The Fix is simple, only use the host save. If in cases the host drops/CTDs you will need to go back till the last known save by the host. This is made a lot less worse if the host autosaves every 3 months or so. (Thanks to Jaeger74)
This bug seems to be similar to duplicate research as in all cases I have seen this happening, the lagging of the host combined with multiple mouse clicks will turn the corp or division that was to be reinforced into -1 strength which will be destroyed on enemy contact.
The Fix is also simple, click once, if it doesn't work pause; do not click again. Check the clock and if you paused and yet it is still moving then that means you are lagging big time. Your best bet is for the host to lower game speed. One should take in account that when the host saves or autosaves the game will lag/stop and you may be more prone to loosing armies.
This bug is probably the worst and of course the most common. Although I do not know what triggers the game to stop assigning split pops, it happens a lot and your best bet is to be patient. The bug itself is when one splits a pop who work in factories and RGOs and the recently split POP (the 25%) will not be assigned to an open spot automatically or even manually.
The Fix, you need to be patient. The POP splitting is always best to be done before a rehost, usually after someone crashes or a predesignated restart. When the game is reloaded the POPs will go into their factory/RGO.
An even better fix is to split and manually assign the pops before the host starts the game. Since the host hasn't started the game everyone is in snyc allowing for players to assign the split pops to the factory or RGO of their choice. The best fix to this most common problem out there.
When pressing the tech button too much after a tech is finished, for some reason the tech will repeat sometimes from different percents of progress (progress probably based on how many research points at the time). This bug is very similar to -1 Army Strength one.
The Fix is quite simple; press the tech button once. The more your press it and the faster you press it, the more likely for the bug to occur, due because of lag with the host even if it is slight.
This bug makes the game runs progressively slower the longer the game goes without a rehost, the mouse particularly becomes "sluggish" for all players (not sure of the host). This may be because of the host but I doubt it.
The Fix is to rehost now and again. Considering the multitude of bugs, one should be rehosting every 2-3 years.
I'm still not in the clear about this bug but it happens once in awhile, once everyone finishes loading and everyone is in the game checking in the host will not necessarily crash to desktop but the host's game will freeze and never become responsive until exiting out via task manager.
The Fix, I'm unsure but in seems related to the host talking before the game clock starts.
A simple bug where POPs will work in a factory or RGO that is over their limit. For instance you will see a factory working with 6/5 workers while a newly built factory in the same state will have none. This is a minor bug and more of an exploit as the POPs will still contribute to production.
The Fix, rehost. Like the POP splitting this bug seems to go away and the workers will leave to an unassigned spot, if there is one.
A new bug only recently encountered in our game now in the last 19th century. Although it is not too uncommon to see a farmer work in a factory now and again, that is insignificant. This bug sets any type of working POP and what seems to be random spot, assigns them to work. Example 3 newly split (from the same POP) craftsmen instead of working in a factory in Berlin was spotted working in German owned tropical wood RGO in Shanghai. They were still physically in Berlin but if you go to Shanghai's RGO you found them working and producing there.
The Fix seems to be if you demote/promote one of the workers in this case a craftsmen to laborers then promote them again, they will go to their correct slots OR if you close and reopen that factory/RGO or manually remove those vague pops. This way you save the money and resources needed to convert pops back to craftsmen for example. Of course if they are working abroad, you can't use this method. But I always tend to remove all workers who are not really my own pops. (Thanks to Jaeger74)
This thread is to keep tabs of the bugs Monday games encounter hopefully help other new players to MP game and maybe just maybe if Paradox releases a patch, they will take note of this.

- Naval and Land Doctrine Loop
The Clausewitz or Jominian Attitude event and the Superior Crew and Naval Hero Thesis event will keep firing piling more and more statistics to the AI and human nations.
The Fix is simple, only use the host save. If in cases the host drops/CTDs you will need to go back till the last known save by the host. This is made a lot less worse if the host autosaves every 3 months or so. (Thanks to Jaeger74)
- -1 Army Strength

- Split POPs do not go to RGO or Factory
This bug is probably the worst and of course the most common. Although I do not know what triggers the game to stop assigning split pops, it happens a lot and your best bet is to be patient. - Tech Loops, after it is finished it begins again
When pressing the tech button too much after a tech is finished, for some reason the tech will repeat sometimes from different percents of progress (progress probably based on how many research points at the time). This bug is very similar to -1 Army Strength one.

- Game slowly gets more and more sluggish
This bug makes the game runs progressively slower the longer the game goes without a rehost, the mouse particularly becomes "sluggish" for all players (not sure of the host). This may be because of the host but I doubt it.
The Fix is to rehost now and again. Considering the multitude of bugs, one should be rehosting every 2-3 years.
- Host becomes unresponsive, game freezes, CTD
I'm still not in the clear about this bug but it happens once in awhile, once everyone finishes loading and everyone is in the game checking in the host will not necessarily crash to desktop but the host's game will freeze and never become responsive until exiting out via task manager.

- POPs will work in Factories/RGOs that are full
A simple bug where POPs will work in a factory or RGO that is over their limit. For instance you will see a factory working with 6/5 workers while a newly built factory in the same state will have none. This is a minor bug and more of an exploit as the POPs will still contribute to production.
The Fix, rehost. Like the POP splitting this bug seems to go away and the workers will leave to an unassigned spot, if there is one.
- Workers work in incorrect RGOs/Factories sometimes in completely different states
A new bug only recently encountered in our game now in the last 19th century. Although it is not too uncommon to see a farmer work in a factory now and again, that is insignificant. This bug sets any type of working POP and what seems to be random spot, assigns them to work.
