Do the other countries know how much money I have ? I noticed that I once got offered a peace-treaty with exactly the amount in my treasury.
I have now many ducats, could that be a reason for other countries to declare war to me ?
 
Yes, they might demand all your treasury, but be happy- minimum sum when you are offering them is 250. So yes, they do.

And attacking you- have you been busy and attacking everyone else, maybe annexing a couple of minors? Then your BB rating is up and everyone sees you as target practice and tryes to bring you down before you get too strong.
