Monitor settings question

I use 2 5120*1440 monitors. On my main display I have a Samsung Neo G9. I can split the screen into 2 1920*1080 sections as an option. I can't figure out in game how to do this. Is there a file I have to manually go into and change to make this work? If so can someone give me instructions. Thank you.

The in game option of 1920*1080 still fills my entire screen in this resolution.

I want to watch Star Wars Rebels on the 2nd section but not on my 2nd monitor.

These settings are in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3/pdx_settings.json , but I frankly doubt there is any way to achieve what you want, I am sorry.
