I'm next to a Dimensional Horror but it's no longer visible on the map!

4. When did this start happening?
- during last game, never noticed it before
5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
- not yet. Only in this save so far
6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
- didn't play another one yet so only this save
7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?
- brought ship with upgraded sensors next to it but its still not shown on the map
